    2011 - 2012 Poma is a French company which manufactures cable-driven lift systems. Poma has installed about 7800 devices for 750 customers worldwide.

    - Created the questionnaire and went to ski resorts to conduct interviews.

    - Provided POMA with information concerning their brand positioning by conducting interviews with operating personnel in ski resorts to understand strengths and weaknesses of POMA.
