Marne-la-Vallée2012 - 2015During 4 years, at Conforama, I was in charge of preparing the annual budget planning (for the Swiss subsidiary : headquarter + 19 shops / turnover 490 MCHF / 1000 employees).
I was also in charge of building the usual reportings for the group, for the board of Directors and for differents internal services.
In order to support the decisions of strategic development of the subsidiary, I have participated to differents analyses project profitability.
Finally, I took part in a Junior Controller hiring process (profiles selections, interviews and software skills test).

2010 - 2012I started my career as Financial Controller for Miauton SA, company of CRH Group, one of the world leader in the building materials industry and distribution.
I was there responsible for developing and optimizing reportings, as well as providing ad-hoc financial analyses. I also successfully lead the harmonization of the MIS project in a merger environment and strategic re-organization.
