Leading the evolution of Nestlé Skin Health finance reporting tools (Hyperion, Magnitude, Business Object...) , to bring innovative and future-oriented solutions to meet internal and external reporting needs.

I joined Galderma in 2002 and held several financial positions within Galdema as Chief Accountant, Corporate Services Controller, Consolidator Intra-Group Margin and recently the position of Senior Finance Project Manager on Hyperion solution (BIRDS) launching & implementation.

    Responsible for Dynamic Forecast KPI proposal ( Sales, P&L, TCF ) for share-holders and ensure reporting and comments.
    Supervise Publication of standard reports and decks.
    Supervise forecasting tool evolution and adaptation.

    Courbevoie 2014 - 2015 Reporting, analysis and consolidation of all the European entities, for all corporate activities
    Following and analyzing the investments, headcounts and P&L of these countries.
    Controlling and constructing the monthly, quarterly and yearly accounts closing.
    Following, constructing and consolidating the budget forecast and review
    Reporting system construction & evolution and training of the subsidiaries

    Responsible for, monthly, quarterly and annual closings for more than 50 international entities, implementing Group standards and IFRS rules. Improving reconciliation process, equity analysis and performing Effective Tax rates analysis.
    Other responsibilities : intragroup margin elimination and analysis of the variance performance versus statutory.

    2002 - 2006 Management of 8 people, accounting for a French tax group.
    Audit of accounts (headquarters and subsidiaries), intercos and cash management.
    Preparation of the balance sheets, income statements of 3 companies, tax and social declarations, consolidation of the group, France tax bundles, appendices, monthly reports, preparation of management reports.
    Installation, optimization and implementation of M3 (ERP), software for payment of suppliers, fixed assets and ETAFI.
