PARIS 132017 - maintenantAmyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is the most common neurodegenerative disease after Alzheimer and Parkinson. ALS is characterized by a progressive death of motor neurons from the brainstem and the spinal cord, leading to death by respiratory failure within 3 years. In order to better understand the pathophysiology of ALS in a therapeutic point of view, I am interested in the role of extracellular vesicles, and in particular muscle exosomes, in the destruction of neuromuscular junctions and the electrophysiological alterations observed in the disease. Involved in an international consortium, my collaborators and I aim to unravel exosomes-contained molecular components responsible for ALS pathogenesis.
MyEnterix SAS
- Production manager & International buisness developement
2014 - 2016After proving myself as a consultant, I was recruited by the company to take over a part of the service activities for pharmaceutical companies, as well as a part of the MyEnterix R&D activities. I was also involved in the prospecting of new customers abroad. I also participated to the website design, presentations at trade fairs, reports writing/presentations to customers.
MYENTERIX SAS
- Consulting
2012 - 2014MyENTERIX is a biotechnology company that pioneered patch clamp recording on human enteric neurons, the so-called "second brain" located in the digestive tract. MyENTERIX supports human drug discovery in gastrointestinal and neuroscience fields by providing human biomaterials and preclinical research services using a portfolio of characterized, functional human tissue samples. Thanks to my skills in electrophysiology and neurobiology, I worked as a consultant for the company.
