    2006 - maintenant Reporting to the CEO & President Asia Pacific, my role is to develop and coordinate regional marketing actions in Asia Pacific (10 markets) being in line with the new Club Med global strategy.
    - Responsible for the pricing and promotion strategy throughout the region
    - Responsible and accountable for regional marketing department budget
    - Coordinate Club Med brand advertising campaign launch and roll out in Asia Pacific
    - Define PR strategy for Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and China
    - Created integrated marketing communication platforms for regional ATL and BTL use
    (Family and Honeymoon segment)
    - Oversee the project team running Competitive Product Benchmarking
    (37 resorts benchmarked in Asia)
    - Launched 2 new resorts (Kani, Maldives Dec 05- Cherating Beach, Malaysia Mai 04)
    - Re-structured Korean marketing team
    - Responsibilities includes creation of numerous presentations and reports to Club Med’s top management

    Internal Consultant (Business School Internship based in Singapore) Apr 03 – Oct 03
    Reported to the CEO and President Asia Pacific, my mission was to lead strategic and marketing analysis which contributed to a better understanding of Club Med’s price positioning and the improvement of product quality.
    - Identified best practices of hospitality business: Internal and External Benchmarking
    - Realized price / quality mapping for South East Asia resorts (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand)
    - Analyzed and suggested improvements on Club Med product
    - Launched the marketing plan of a new resort (Malaysia)
