    PARIS 3 2015 - maintenant L'Appartelier is a start-up born in 2013 in Paris who offers events’ spaces for rent to
    i/ Parisians who do not have enough space at home or are looking for full services (i.e. restauration chef intervention, food baskets, etc.)
    ii/ companies for press or food events, team building, etc.

    L'Appartelier is composed of a full equipped kitchen to cook and a receiving space till 30 people seating or 50 people in cocktail size.

    2015 - maintenant LA SAUGE is an association that aims to make practicing a gardening activity by as many people as possible. With such a goal, LA SAUGE organizes major and federating events around urban agriculture (48h of Urban Agriculture, Eclosion Urbaine, Point Ephémère rough top, etc.) and is currently working on several projects as ParisCulteurs’ call for projects lead by the town of Paris.

    Paris 2014 - 2014 In an international eTourism company, in relation with EU Finance and US FP&A department, I was in charge of creating the French FP&A division, to set up processes and build relationships with local management as well as to implement financial KPI’s and reports.

    Environment: in a transition period while HomeAway is evolving its business model from a subscription to a commission model to compete with Airbnb.

    - Created FP&A department in France, succeeded in building relationships with local departments
    - Supported Country Director during strategic plan process including business model transformation, from subscription to commission.
    - Pushed to ensure reliable data and to optimize web-marketing analysis

  • Criteo - Director Financial Controller

    PARIS 2010 - 2011 In an international context, business decision support in a fast growing company with focus on ongoing business, revenues analysis and P&L reporting.

    Environment: Criteo technology is personalizing online display using a CPC bidding platform. Criteo first revenues in 2009 to reach 144M€ in 2011 (745M€ in 2014), 20 new countries opened and number of employees increased from 80 to 400 over that period of time.

    - Supported Sales and BD new businesses launches in a moving environment with 20 countries opened in 2 years
    - Recommended and launched the creation of specific small business team dedicated to long tail business
    - Developed revenues analytical tool based on CPC business model
    - Determined wih Comex quarterly and yearly business targets, managed country Sales and BD targets with local MD and follow-up of individual targets and achievements
    - Developed financial tools and secured processes to support super-fast growth for margin analysis as well as costs and P&L consolidation
    - Defined internal transfer pricing
    - Implemented a travel tool to manage expenses validation and follow-up
    - Determined controlling specifications for Financial reporting bid

  • EXPEDIA FRANCE - Senior Financial Analyst

    PARIS 2005 - 2009 Business partner in a fast growing eTourism company providing prospective evolution, marketing efficiency and customer support analysis, reporting, and business performance metrics.

    Environment: Gross bookings grew by more than 15% on average on a yearly basis from 2006 to 2010.

    - Built coherent and reliable sales previsions in close relationship with marketing teams
    - Analyzed impacts of website stop for including air requests cost increase led to keep alive (positive contribution of 1M€ for year 1)
    - Implemented a new Financial System, Hyperion-Essbase in collaboration with US dedicated team
    - Developed an Hyperion-Essbase interfaced Sales Model from Traffic to Revenues and implemented in all European point of sales
    - Supported EU Operations to move from an in-house call center to an external one
    - Defined new pricing for in-house call center (positive regularization for 0.5M€ from our JV)

    2003 - 2005 - 8 months on Trade category with Customer P&L responsibility for both coffee and chocolate categories (CA 1Mds€): in relation with Sales Directors
    - 2 years on Chocolate category, with marketing budget (25M€) and P&L responsibilities: in relation with marketing and operations teams

    - redefined chocolate seasonal portfolio including production, commercial, marketing and supply teams based on financial targets costs to make P&L profitable (return to profitability 2 years later)
    - following “Sarkozy” law (overall price decrease of 2%), calculated best product mix used to support Sales Directors for yearly negotiations with Distribution.
    - revisited Hyperion-Essbase scripts on chocolate seasonal activity
    - implemented promotions automated form to facilitate decision on comparable KPIs
