The coordination of relations between Turkish Airlines sales network and travel agencies, as well as evaluation and announcement of yearly agencies incentives, the organization of each office for the advertisement, promotion, exhibition activities

    At Istanbul Headquarters, leading the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) project, and as a reflection of the project, reorganized the Call Center, increased the number of employees, organized more on the job trainings and managed to get from “Cost Center” to “Profit Center” by selling tickets via Internet and Call Center.

    Represented Sales and Marketing Department for e-ticket project team (already realized in April 2004) which is one of the milestone for e-sales and paperless ticket.
