  • ELECTRIC EUROPE - Interim Brand Manager EMEA

    2011 - 2012 Serves as Interim Brand Manager during transition at Electric Europe, including activities, relationships and reporting between global headquarter, employees, distributors, sales agent and group community ( Volcom and Kering ).

    - Define & implement brand strategy in the European territory (Brand development, product pricing, product launch, merchandising concept, customer relations, sales conditions, marketing management).
    - Directly reporting to the Global CEO and President.
    - Energy and drive to enthuse inside the in-house services ( CS, Marketing, Accounting and Operations ), sales team/agent and distributors.
    -Managed a 15 person staff at EMEA office, weekly organization, follow up and objectives review with distributors ( 20 countries ).
