    Worked out business plan, market study & business development strategy
    Set up supply chain to manage supply from factories in China and Europe to clients in Japan & abroad. Put in place distribution center outside of Tokyo to manage client needs for speedy delivery all over Japan. Cut supply cost by half within 4 months of company set up for product deliveries via better sourcing of logistics partners.

    2007 - 2008 In close coordination with CEO, responsible for management of internal and external growth & divestment projects in particular linked to China & Asia at ArjoWiggins (Paper producer, 2007 Turnover: 2 B€, 2006 Net profit: 45M€, 8000 employees).
    - Built acquisition, divestiture and JV cases (strategic fit, synergies estimates, valuation, business plans, integration plans) ;
    - Managed deal process (support to due diligence and deal negotiation) and coordinated work of various external players involved (lawyers, auditors, consultants) ;
