I am a member of the European information system project team for an international company.

I have worked as a engineer system for six years now, our environment is composed of ninety Windows servers 2000 and 2003 through Europe with an infrastructure Microsoft Active Directory with GPO and our backup system uses Backup Exec.

Due to my international experience, I can make a direct and immediate contribution to your IT department.

    - Implementing, integrating, optimizing, managing, and troubleshooting Citrix Server farm (pilot and production) dedicated for the LCL (French financial company) in order to mutualized and centralized the business applications, provide technical documentation.
    - Performed the Citrix system change, applications and integration of servers’ infrastructures, created policies, performed applications packaging and scalability tests, deployed pilot and production environments.
    - Increased infrastructure and applications availability by deploying system monitoring tool through Citrix EdgeSight application.
    - Organizes, leads the activities and the planning of Logica team members within citrix services department

    2001 - 2007 Further information on the company:

    - Responsible in managing and planning several SMS implementation and migration of a SMS hierarchy at the European and contribution at the international level.
    - Built a VMs bench under Vmware workstation with the different European images and configuration to make uniform the SMS packages, implement the security and the troubleshooting in case of any issues.
    - Built and maintained servers windows 2000/2003 within the European information system project team, Example:
    Setting up and configuration of applications servers, new sites implementation, GPOs, active directory administrative tasks, BackupExec and the security updating process on this environment, Logon script.
    - Managed and trained the European PC Support team for the application and deployment of the hardware and software standards established by the company.
    - Technical lead of the security (Anti-virus and monthly Microsoft updates on servers and PCs) of all European computers.
    - Designed and implemented support tools, technical documentation, SMS packages, hardware and software inventories for the European PC support team and handled second and third level support for the helpdesk and PC support team.
    - Participation to integrate Schick Wilkinson Sword company information system in different European countries.
