Our History:
Founded in 1997, DOCS grew to become the premier staffing provider to the clinical development industry. The company was acquired by ICON plc. in 2007 and was merged with ICON’s existing resourcing division, ICON Contracting Solutions. The merged company is now known as DOCS, and functions as the FSP division of ICON. In February 2013 ICON acquired the Clinical Trial Services Division of Cross Country Healthcare, Inc., resulting in the integration of ClinForce and Assent within DOCS and expanding DOCS resourcing and FSP capabilities in the Clinical, Biometrics & Medical FSP sectors.
