Patrick Gantier is currently General Manager for Mars Food France, after 3,5 year as Marketing Director, where he has among other things strongly developed Uncle Ben’s (+25% in gross sales in 3 years) and Suzi Wan's performance (+20% in gross sales in 3 years).

In addition to leading Mars Food France, Patrick is also President of Ebly SAS (joint venture between Mars and Axéréal) as well as Member of the Board and Mars France Representative at l'Union des Annonceurs (UDA).

Prior to joigning Mars, Patrick worked for 12 years in various marketing roles in France, the USA and Central Europe for the Bel Group (branded cheese manufacturer) where he's built a track record in managing brands in very diverse market environments and in building effective marketing teams.

Patrick holds a Master Degree in Marketing from Sciences Po Paris. He is 40 years old and lives near Orléans in France with his family.
