• Planning, ordering, receiving food and no food, inventory management, cooling chain, expiry dates
• Cost calculation, menu creation and planning, pricing strategies, recipe cards, quality control
• Coordinates the logistics of an event with foods, beverages and animations
• Front desk reception, Yield management, administrative duties, coordinating guest service
• Interact with the clients and the team in a courteous professional manner in a propertie.
