This mission was integrated in my last position of Simulation Stress leader, I was asked on this determinated period to prepare and secure ALTEN Stress Technical Team on the field in the way to win call for tender.
I was supporting from front Office (Airbus Site), Airbus stress leader in the pre-MG3 maturity gate by :
.Proposing Method&Tools from our capitalization and my last experiences,
.Using best practises from other program A380, A350 (Dynamic thrust links calculation, Wing and engine mount stress status)
In this period, I also managed a team of 5 stress located in back office :
. answering technical issues in FEM modelling, analytical calculation
. providing work load and reporting to project manager
