As the lead User Interface Designer I focused my effort on :
1. Defining and executing the user-centered strategy as well as putting together the "User Interface Design & Ergonomics Support" team
2. Updating the current product lifecycle to include user-centered activities :
- Observation of end users (field studies), reports, improvement propositions.
- Interface concepts for windows, web & PDA platform through story-boarding methods
- User testing the product interfaces
- Defining modern look and feel interfaces & design guidelines
3. Choose tools and train Application Engineer and Product Management teams.
4. Train Product Management teams to fundamental ergonomic rules and standards.
5. Help decision makers to control/validate interface conception.

I participated in the creation of the interactive division of Cap Gemini, specializing in the development of online solutions and projects focused on the area of "User Experience": interactive marketing, creation of interactive concepts, "digital branding", digital design, content and navigation architecture, usability studies and auditing, and "new media". The interactive division provides the appropiate messages, the form and the channels required to create a permanent image of the brand in the mind of the user.
