I am a passionate and success-driven events manager, with 8 years of experience in organizing a broad range of events and international projects (from exclusive meetings to public relations and sponsoring events gathering a thousand guests, either face-to-face or online).

In my different functions, I have demonstrated the ability to coordinate several projects concurrently and manage teams and providers with enthusiasm and willingness to constantly exceed the desired outcomes.

For the past 5 years, I have been in charge of leading the execution of important projects, including the steering of the Alstom Open de France and its VIP hospitality for Alstom, title sponsor of this prestigious golf tournament.

    Saint Ouen 2010 - maintenant Under the supervision of the Sponsoring & Events VP, I am responsible for Events and Sponsoring at Corporate level:

    - Steering of the Alstom Open de France project for Alstom, title sponsor of this
    international golf tournament
    >> International and cross-sector coordination of the 75 internal hosts and coordinators worldwide
    >> Managing the hospitality program for VIP guests (1,000 guests over 4 days – 98% satisfaction rate)
    >> Conception and coordination of the hospitality for employees and shareholders (1,400 people over 4 days – 97% satisfaction rate)
    >> Coordination of internal and external communication for Alstom
    >> Supervised the creation of the event’s graphic chart and its implementation

    - Management of both internal and external events for Top Management, either on-site (conventions, awards ceremonies, board meetings, inaugurations, press conferences…) or online (webcasts, conf calls) – from conception to effective delivery

    - Management of other public relations events (concerts, PR golf)

    - Report to CEO and ExCom members; in direct contact with Board of Directors and other VIP guests (customers, stakeholders, public officials etc.)

    - Support the definition of content and redaction of messages

    - Development of numerous communication tools - including websites, invitations, leaflets,
    newsletters, adds, executive correspondence, confirmation kits, joining instructions etc.

    - Mastering of main events tools: retroplanning, red thread, conductor, events database etc.

    - Supervision and coordination of project team members, partners, providers and agencies

    - Post-event evaluation, analysis of results and reporting

    - Launch and marketing of the “Alstom Boutique” (online shop of Alstom branded products), of its product offer and selection of preferred provider (call for tenders)

    Saint Ouen 2006 - 2007 - Support the Alstom University and Communications teams in the organization of HR events
    - Reporting and follow up of actions
    - Develop new reporting tools and improve existing ones
  • Alstom - Events Coordinator

    Saint Ouen 2006 - 2009 Within Alstom University, in charge of the coordination and deployment of HR Events (mainly induction and training) worldwide (in North America, Latin America, India, Asia, Europe).

    Design and optimization of the organisation processes of these events.
