    - Guarantee the corporate image of BNP Paribas as a major global banking group, build the value of the brand and contribute to the commercial success of the bank.
    - Develop an image that expresses performance, customer focus and responsibility, anchored by the messages and actions of the bank.
    - Contribute to efficient management of the BNP Paribas Group's reputation risk, particularly during periods of crisis or rapid change in the business environment.
    - Promote strong adherence to the Group among employees and a commitment to the bank's core values.
    - Lead the Group Quality process and ‘Spirit of Innovation' programme.
    - Establish brand management and satisfaction indicators.
    - Create and roll-out cross-functional tools for the benefit of all employees in their daily working environment as part of the Group's operational efficiency strategy.

    2011 - 2012 1) To manage and animate the Quality Approach in the entities of the BNP Paribas Group in Luxembourg :
    The BNP Paribas's commitment of excellence towards its clients is illustrated by the will to deploy a quality approach adapted to each one of its Business lines all over the Group. In order to optimize this deployment, BNP Paribas got solid organizations and tools aiming to reach the coherence and the efficiency of its organization.
    The three BNP Paribas's Quality priorities are :
    -To improve continuously clients' satisfaction and the security of their operations
    -To use quality as lever of the enterprise development
    -To mobilize all the employees to achieve these objectives
    2) To manage and animate the Spirit of Innovation Programme :
    -Managing innovation
    -Auditing the innovation processes
    -Putting in place innovation process benchmarks
    -Putting in place the participative innovation policy

    My objectives was to :
    - Work with BP2S Business Lines and Support Functions to implement/maintain the BNP Paribas Group's operational risk and internal control framework in accordance with the new operational risk economic and regulatory capital requirements and best market practices
    - Contribute to the development of BP2S image with external parties (i.e.: rating agencies, clients...) as an “operational risk” and Internal Control focused, secured and experienced company.
