SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

• Built Allianz Hedge Fund Partners (AHFP) from a zero base with just $100m in seed capital into a global operation with peak assets worth in excess of $2.1bn and net UM of over $1.35bn. Developed strong relationships with key clients across the Middle East, US, Europe and Japan; working with 65 institutional investors in the Middle East alone. Led the highly successful merger of AHFP with AGF Alternative Investment Management; creating a new entity with a combined AUM of more than $10bn.

• Directed the launch and expansion of Citibank’s Alternative Investment Strategy activities across Europe, Canada and the Middle East, generating incremental revenues of over $50m and achieving a substantial growth in AUM; converted more than one third of all institutional investors into clients through the development of close senior-level relationships; consistently achieving and exceeding financial performance targets.

• Led the development of Case Advisors from start-up into a respected provider of advisory services in the area of Alternative Investment strategy. Established a wide distribution client roster that included a Private Equity Firm, a Texas Hedge Fund and a Middle East Asset Manager, a Washington based Commercial Real Estate Manager, a Swiss based internet security company, and a privately owned consultancy company advising Sovereign Wealth Funds and large institutional investors in private equity. Currently negotiating with three governments and their political leadership in building a specialized, intergovernmental public/private partnership to manage assets for sovereign wealth on a global scale.
