-Human Rights : assure compliance with our policy, organize training and assessments : 1500 farmers, 20000 seasonal in fields
-Legal compliance : assure legal requirement survey, develop external support to assess compliance for each site, audits
-Develop specific ESH programs : Vehicle Safety, IHOM-Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Medicine
