I now spent 3 years as independent consultant/coach for individuals, teams, specialized in interpersonal dynamics and organizational effectiveness (customers include EU Commission, Pharma, Airport, HR consultancy and individual coaching). Before that I built my experience during 5 years as internal consultant, under direct mandate of Executive Committee for UCB Pharma, in charge (PMO) of change management, strategy definition and deployment, reorganization (new operating model), performance management, process improvement and operational excellence, workshop design and facilitation, collective intelligence for innovation from ideation to solution. Overall I have spent 12 years in Pharma/Healtchare industry, moving from clinical development to manufacturing, supply chain and HR. I have occupied several Executive roles in development, strategic planning, cultural transformation and change management
