Responsible for the organization and the management of the Survey Department of Subsea 7 France and the related onshore and offshore Survey personnel (approx 70 engineers). Determine and manage yearly department budget, and Capex for equipments (Average budget of 5 M.USD), monitor P&L. Participate to Survey Group strategy.
