Experienced project manager in waste water treatment construction.
As an engineer and construction department manager, I report to head of the waste water treatment department and to the CEO.
My role is to manage the plants’ construction phases. I currently manage a team and various projects.
I lead a staff of 15 employees made up of process engineers, projects managers and draftsmen.
I am responsible for the construction work of complex projects in France and abroad. I manage the budget and cost of various projects, while respecting the timelines of clients.
In 2010, I re-organized the waste water treatment construction department. I succeeded in creating a cohesive team and improving communication among team members. I also established a common work culture by integrating the team’s different work methods. Because of this, the team is able to design, build and manage bigger and more profitable construction plants (in France, DOM TOM and Europe) with client satisfaction.
