En résumé

De formation de base de l'Ingiénerie mécanique, j'ai débuté ma carrière en Indonésie puis parcouru la zone Asie à la recherche de nouveaux clients dans le domaine ferroviaire. Après un service militaire dans la communication et le chiffre, je suis reparti à l'étranger en Asie (Inde, Pakistan, Japon , Korea) ainsi que divers pays d'Afrique.
Après mon premier parcours de 9 ans chez Wabco, je suis depuis 1983 chez Saft avec divers postes et managements d'équipes.
Principales missions étaient: fusion des équipes et des produits entre divers concurrents (Saft, Alcad, Nife), réorganisations et motivations, vision à long terme, fédérations autours de projets et objectifs motivants, nouveaux pays et nouveaux produits. Souvent des nouveaux marchés à fortes valeurs ajoutées dans un milieu toujours très international et technique.

    Dealing with Chinese and Japanse OEM for domestic and export projects.
    Restructure the team and provide marketing tools to boost sales by 20% per annum.
    2011 shows already 30% more sales than last year.

    Bagnolet 1999 - 2010 Sales Director for Industrial and Railway Batteries in Europe with a team of 40 persons in various European countries.
    In charge of 100M€ business in Rail, Metro, Signalling, Nuclear, Oil & Gas and any installation requiring high reliablity.
    Managed to get 40% of F1 market with very innovative solution for the KERS (Kinectic Energy Recovery System).
    Made several brake through with new markets and new battery solution (Ni-Cd, Ni-MH and Li-ion).
    First to sell complete system includiong the electrochemistry and mechncial structure with sometime complex system as traction batteries for "catenary-free" tramways.
    Assist all other Saft teams in US, Middle-East and Asia for international coordination and marketing of our products.

    Bagnolet 1998 - 1999 In the Portable Battery division get the Saft Sales Teams concentrate on the major changeover engaged with direct ordering from Customer to European factories.
    Streamline pricing, policy, payments, overdues, follow up and various technical aspect of the application/products.
    Set up of kaban system with large OEMs, clean up of small range not offering values.

    Bagnolet 1996 - 1998 Promote the Nic-Cd, Ni-MH and LI-ion solution for EV markets to the automotive industry.
    Succesfully supply the 200 Ni-MH batteries for Chrysler minivans in US.
    Participate in elaboration of various EV project with Western Car Maker but all cars have been cancelled.

    Bagnolet 1992 - 1996 Marger and motivate the various Sales team.
    Define targets and goals.
    Introduce new technology to vaious OEMs.
    Boost the Sales in order to gain market share while merger was still in process.
