I teach, write and research concerning the link between culture, ethnic origins and professional behaviour and with creativity and management styles. I have contributed to books edited by Elias Caraynnis of GWU the followng books : "Encyclopedia of Creativity, Invention, Innovation and Entrepreneurship" edited by Dr Elias Carayannis of GWU along with his "The Story of Managing Projects" and "Leading & Managing Creators, Inventors & Innovators". I have published the following articles : "The rennaissnace of the 21st century" for the IMOT Conference, "The Future of the MBA" for the the MBA Magazine, "Maslow, Mazes, Minautors" for the The Knowledge Economy Academic Journal.
