brand expansion through the licensing of Break4Health and creation of mini B4H locations at CVS locations

responsibility as Director of Sales for the entire Chicago region. Directed, motivated, trained and developed
50 to 60 club management staff. Reduced operating costs by 20% and increased profitability by 20 over prior
year.

regional and club management staff of 50; provide additional leadership to San Francisco sales staff of 20.

improve customer service using interface with Bally systems. Instructed various classes including boxing,
spin, rebounding, weightlifting and resist-a-ball.
