With a Master degree in Applied Sciences – Civil Engineering, and 30+ years of experience of which 12 spent at Microsoft, Pierre has built up a rock solid experience in Professional Services Management.
Pierre has a rare ability to think strategically about very complex issues, to bring together people from a variety of groups to address common issues and to lead them toward collaboration and consensus. Despite the fact that he often takes on complex issues, he always maintains a positive attitude, and keeps his eye on the ultimate pay-off, rather than focusing on just short term or local concerns.
His analytical, strategic and problem solver skills are broadly recognized, and enable him to always be well prepared going into critical customer-facing events.
Pierre has strong convictions augmented by above average listening skills. All this makes him a great team player, very good at energizing others around a set of strategic themes. He is also very successful leading and motivating people, locally or remotely, in classic or matrix set up, and in a multicultural environment.
Pierre is comfortable communicating with all kinds of individuals, from people on the ground all the way up to CXO’s. He is not used to mincing his words to make his customer’s needs heard.
Pierre is a pioneer, keen on learning new things in and out of his comfort zone, potentially taking whatever does the company he works for into new territory. To this latter point, the best testimony is what he did over the past years at Microsoft Services EMEA in his Workforce Capacity, Resource and Skills Management worldwide thought leader role.
All through his long experience, Pierre got many opportunities to refine his Project, Program and Portfolio management skills, as well as related processes and tools.
Pierre has also an excellent track record in Change Management, Business Process Management, Strategic Planning, as well as complex Sales and Contract negotiation. Over the past years, his focus has clearly been on technical organization operational performance improvement.
Above all, he persistently shows a great deal of trustworthiness, honesty and loyalty.
