    2003 - maintenant CRCconsultant est spécialisé en CRM, c'est à dire en gestion de la relation client. Les principales missions portent sur l'organisation d'une relation multicanale, sur la mise en adéquation des forces de vente avec les attentes des clients, sur l'enrichissement de la connaissance client.


    Pierre Alard est associé de CRCconsultant qu'il a fondé et expert associé du cabinet Ernst&Young dont il était salarié précédemment.

    Pierre Alard joined Ersnt & Young year 1998 to build and manage the CRM activity – Customer Relationship Management -.
    Previously he was a director within BNP Paribas Bank (25 years). Particularly he managed a subsidiary specialized in risks management and in relationship management.
    Relevant experience within Ernst&Young
    Peugeot : distribution strategy across Europe. CCC implementation.
    Renault : Renault-Nissan worldwide CRM.
    Air France : moving the company from the only management of planes to the customers management.
    Rhodia EP : new distribution strategy – new organisation – implementation.
    Lafarge Mortiers : new relationship system – new organisation.

    Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole : improving work of councelors – using all opportunities of multichannel relationship system.

    La Banque Postale : organization – building a major data information system –risk and customer relationship management.

    What is common to all of these projects is « complexity » : enterprises have been built in silos ; when they try to create new relationship systems, which are transversal systems, through multichannel solutions, they need to use specific methodologies which make work together every department of the company, and particularly those who never work together.
