    * Manage and optimize a 15 million euros Telecom Budget for Atos Worldline (voice and data services). 4000 telecoms services delivered by 20 telecoms suppliers,
    * Participation to the TOP8 (Track Telecom) with ATOS for AWL Telecom lines ;
    * International Backbone Management (covering India, Benelux, Germany, France), 150
    network devices, 20 locations,
    * AWL Network Practice Team sponsor (Network Standard and Strategy, leading innovation) ;
    * Manage a team developing and integrating Network Solution in production (Middleware Enterprise Bus),
    * Building an international Team spirit (Belgium, France, Germany) involving all teams
    members through their personal objective (definition, follow-up, end of exercise review)

    Member of BCC (Business Center Contact) Management Committee (P&L of 18 million euros). The BCC is a team of 70 persons which aims at delivering every contact related solutions for Atos
    Worldline:

    * Delivery of technical services : IVR (Interactive Voice Response), SMS (Short Message Service)
    and ACD (automated Call distribution) Service Management (Build and Run) for major
    accounts (SNCF, BNP, Orange, TF1, ...) across European locations,
