    Wetlab skills:
    • Daily basis: Plasmid transformation, Protein expression in recombinant system, protein purification in Batch, AKTA, HPLC, Affinity, Gel Filtration, Ion Exchange, Dialysis, SDS-PAGE, Western Blott, Crosslinking, Protein quantification (UV, Bradford, Qubit, Ninhydrin), Enzymology.
    • Monthly basis: Circular Dichroism, OCTET (SPR like), Dynamic Light Scattering, Small Angle X-ray Scattering, Crystallogenesis, X-ray diffraction, High Throughput Screening.
    • Yearly basis: NMR, cloning, ELISA

    Responsibilities:
    • Training of the new entrants (technicians / students)
    • Responsible of the purification Platform
    • Ph.D. student / Technicians supervision
    • Management of international collaborations
    • Reporting, Paper and Grant writing
