Benchmarking study in europe and creation of a portfolio of 13 key performance indicators to monitor the system of public funding for innovation, research and development to enterprises given by the public administration.

Analysis of the "As Is" situation of a national electricity Transmission System Operator with particular attention for improvement opportunities in terms of transparency, efficiency, traceability and accountability. "To Be" principles were outlined and a To Be macroprocesmap were created. Moreover, roles and responsibilities were defined and a phased implementation plan was developed.

Analysis of the opportunity of entering a new market (geographically and business wise) for a national railway company. Description of the main competitors, the regulations, the size of the market, the attractiveness of the market globally and by regions and cities.

- Assist the analysts in scrutinising companies’ documents (agenda of the AGM, articles of association, annual report, Bloomberg) with regard to their corporate governance performance
