    Mission: To increase distribution and animation of the brands portfolio in the most luxury hotels and resorts in South East Asia, negotiating contracts, building relationship with F&B key personnel and facilitating selling-in process for country teams while acting as Brand Ambassador during events.
    Key achievements: built strong rapport with 120 F&B directors and GMs; negotiated regional contracts with Club Med, Aman Resort, Sofitel and Shangri-La; coached local teams on sales techniques; regain distribution in 80% of visited accounts; conducted product training in more than 60 properties and hosted 30 trade and consumer events.

    2003 - 2008 Mission: To manage the entire marketing mix and P&L for the champagnes, wines and vodka brands, defining and executing brand plans, leading negotiations for key accounts and monitoring brand performance while coaching 3 brand managers and several external agencies.
    Key achievements: delivered 100% volume growth and 200% contribution growth for MH champagnes in 5 years, via multi product-mix improvements, comforting brands market share leadership at 75% and establishing Singapore as a key champagne market within Asia Pacific region; developed and implemented of Belvedere Vodka strategic plan for an aggressive and rapid growth of the brand (booster plan) and first market to create and launch the Belvedere BEAT festival concept; grown champagne business outside classic channels (Club21 fashion stores, Singapore Flyer).
