• Coordination in APU of process changes for 7 HVAC + 2 GMV assembly lines & packagings.

• Development of new generation “U-Shape” HVAC lines and “costs optimized” GMV line with LLC suppliers.
• Workshop with TPCA for new JIT production and logistic organization.
• Offers calculation for new moulds and tool modifications.
• Present and support offer till contract approval with internal Valeo customers (Germany, Czech Republic, France, USA)
• Management of all internal activities from construction stage till serial production: mould specifications, tool design, manufacturing, trials, dimensional measurements, quality presentation, costs follow-up
• In charge for industrialization of injection tools of the 1st project directly managed by VALEO in CZ.
• Design checking of plastic parts & tools drawings, trials at toolmakers, tools transfer from suppliers (France, Portugal, Germany) to Valeo site, technical reception & SMED adaptation to injection machines, Kanban and packaging calculation, quality validation.
• Scope: 9 injection moulding tools, clamping force from 125T till 1300T, with 1 to 4 cavities, weight from 0,6T to 12T, total investment of 1 M€.
