- Work independently with customers on both pre-sales and post-sales technical challenges
- Perform complex data analysis from Akamai's distributed network
- Serve as the subject matter expert of multiple products and services
- Define requirements and code tools in order to automate troubleshooting tasks
- Mentor others on the team, design and deliver product and technical trainings
