  Paris 2011 - maintenant -Suivi et gestion des commandes d’achat émises pendant la phase d’approvisionnement des projets Onshore, Offshore et Subsea. -Etre le point focal entre les fournisseurs, les unités de projet (ingénierie, achat, inspection, expédition, comptable, site) et le client en référence à la logistique et les spécifications contractuelles. -Monitorer l’évolution des provisions afin d’atteindre la livraison du matériel en accord aux termes contractuels et pour alerter le management de projet de toutes possibles dérives. Cette tache prévoit l’exécution de visites régulières chez les fournisseurs et leurs sous-traitants, l’analyse des programmes de production et l’émission des rapports de visite. -Animerer les réunions selon les besoins (Kick-Off, Pre-Inspection, réunions techniques).-Approuver les étapes contractuelles de paiement. -Emission des rapports de pénalités et négociationde tous impacts économiques pendant la phase de fin d’affaire.

  MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  * Follow-up and management of purchase orders issued as part of the executive procurement phase for Onshore,
  Offshore and Subsea projects. Familiarity with pressure vessels, heat exchangers, gas compressors, pumps,
  columns and drums, valves, electrical equipment, push-pull packages, installation aids and bulk material.
  * Being the focal point for gathering and dispatching the information between the vendors, the internal project
  units (engineering, disciplines, purchasing, inspection, shipping, document control, accounting, work-site) and
  the client with reference to the technical and the logistic contractual aspects.
  * Monitoring the development of the supply with the aim to achieve the delivery according to the contractual
  terms and to highlight any area of concern to the project management. The execution of inspection and
  assessment visits to vendors and sub-vendors offices and workshops, the analysis of the production schedules
  and the issuance of the progress reports are among the main tasks.
  * Reporting to the project management. ;
  * Arranging and attending Kick Off meetings, Pre-Inspection meetings and Engineering meetings. ;
  * Soliciting the issuance and the reviewing of the contractual documentation and to ensure the proper dispatch
  and recording.
  * Dispatching the inspection release note and issuing the shipping release note; to monitor the arrangement and
  the execution of the shipping activities till delivery of the goods to work-site.
  * Approving and releasing the milestones of payment. ;
  * Managing the close out activity related to Overage, Shortage and Damage reports in collaboration with vendor
  and personnel at work-site.
  * Preparing and dispatching for signature the liquidated damages analysis reports. ;
  * Negotiation of claims during the close-out phase of a purchase order.
  
  Aeronautic - Flight Dynamic Analysis and Design

  2005 - 2007 • Flight Dynamic: numerical analysis of experimental flight data based on the application of the Maximum Likelihood Method and the numerical integration of the kinematic equations and the full dynamic equations of the motion under the hypothesis of small perturbations.
  • Thermodynamic and kinematics analysis of ducts (nozzles and NACA inlets), aeronautical engines (fan, turbo-fan, reaction engines) and propulsion systems for aerospace applications (solid propellant engines).
  • Design of the main structural components of an aircraft such as body, wings, horizontal and vertical tails, stabilizer, aileron and rotors for helicopters and for wind turbines.
