Responsible on import and certifications processes in the department. The solution of questions with brokers, transport companies, forwarding agents, customs authorities on border and on customs terminals. Drawing up budget for customs services.
Import:
- Implementation of customs clearence of all imported and exported freights (goods) of the trademark Parfums Christian Dior.
- collecting and the analysis of the data arriving from representatives of trademarks,
- processing of consignment notes and packing lists on production,
- consolidation of orders for delivery of production, arriving freights,
- preparation and providing documents for deliveries to all participants of a chain of deliveries,
- implementation of continuous control of passing of all stages of transportation of production, the presented trademarks: from preparation of documents till receipt of production on a warehouse; control of process of transportation of exported goods from the date of shipment in a warehouse till obtaining documents from border.
- Implementation and carrying out actions for decrease in expenses for procedure of customs clearance of freights: search optimum from the point of view of cost and quality of represented services, the customs terminal, control and audit for services of customs brokers.
- Preparation of all accompanying documentation in Russian, French and English.
- tracking of changes in the Russian legislation for the purpose of minimization of any delays in procedure of customs registration of freights.
Certfiication:
- ensuring existence of allowing documents on finished goods and advertizing materials of earlier listed trademarks of the company, and also timely providing information on a product for production of stickers (stickers) in Russian for russification of finished goods.
- certification of production of the presented trademarks: definition of the list of production which is subject to certification, preparation of documents for submission of demands for certification, sending documents to the relevant certified centers, obtaining ready certificates.
- ensuring preparation and existence of the documents necessary for passing of imported freights through customs authorities.
- maintaining a database on certification of production, the presented trademarks.
Good and sure knowledge of the legislation of the Russian Federation of the customs right and of a turn of perfumery and cosmetic production.
Knowledge of the nomenclature of goods subject to foreign trade of the Russian Federation and ability to classify goods under the nomenclature.
