I'm part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, and currently leading all France based vacancies and various positions within our EUCAN(Europe & Canada) Division.
My main responsibilities include:
- Support and Partner with Hiring Managers, HRBP, HR Directors in filling vacancies at all levels within the EUCAN (Europe & Canada) Division,
- End to end recruitment process Management - both internal & external
- Ad-Hoc Recruitment activities in IRAMEA(India, Russia, Middle-East & Africa),
- Pro-active Sourcing, Talent Pooling, Contacts...
- Managing candidate experience from first contact to last contact,
- Managing contacts with PSL, Recruitment firms, Headhunters ...
- Manage internship programme in France
- ...
