  2008 - 2009 Architecture and interior design firm, specializing in hospitality projects and luxury residences.
  * Started and led a new office from Goa. Led team of four across 2 cities to deliver 4 hotel projects ranging from 20-60 beds, budget - $5M to $19M .
  * Implemented communications and documentation protocol. Re-designed and trained studio in materials and vendor management systems.
