2013-Present: Sales Development Manager BeNeLux & Nordic (Filtration-Ready to process-Bioreactor) & and application specialist for filtration. Develop the sales of bioprocess solutions with focus on the respective product platform like Filtration, Ready to Process and Bioreactors. Give applicative support incl. trouble shooting and answer customer queries of sophisticated technical and applicative nature. Initiates sales process by building relationships with key customer personnel; qualifying potential and prioritize; scheduling appointments. Initiate and develop sales process.
2005-2013: Senior Process Research Scientist at Huntsman Polyurethanes, Belgium. Research and Development in the Isocyanate process chemistry team. Responsible for the development and implementation of the Membrane-based processes (water, waste water and chemical stream purification) and to maintain awareness of external scientific developments in relevant membrane-based processes & to propose projects aimed at process improvements. I am also responsible for the supervision of the process chemistry activity into the investigation of new products. The job responsibility involves to manage the directly reporting Experimental Scientists and ensuring that environmental, health and safety (EHS) are paramount importance of the activities to meet the departmental safety standards.
