    -Development of the EPC Base Line Schedule using Planning Software PRIMAVERA P6;
    -Issue the Planning & Scheduling Procedure and the Progress Measurement Procedure with subcontractors;
    - Estimate the resources requirement and the development of resources planning (manpower/equipment/material);
    - Generation of Project Budget by taking into account the direct cost and Indirect cost incurred in the project.;
    - Analysis of critical path, Set-up of progress measurement system and schedule follow-up in coordination with Project Control Manager;

    -Preparation and updating of project cash flow;
    -Analyze variances (SV/CV) and performances (CPI/SPI) between the planned and actual in "time / cost"​ with determining trends (EAC/ETC) and provide corrective solutions;
    -Prepare various reports (weekly, monthly, progress,histograms and S-CURVE, Quarterly update ...... Etc) with different stakeholders;
    -Assist site managers in achieving the target in different construction phases
