    the Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Piaget, Jaeger-LeCoultre and Montblanc brands among others.

    My role is to achieve sales targets in all product lines; responsible for the brand's development;
    participate in the elaboration and implementation of strategic plans.

    * Implements action plans to increase sell out. ;
    * Visits regularly the accounts to implement the strategy and build strong relationships. ;
    * Updates clients with information on new products, account status etc., and organizes
    Quarterly Management Meetings (QMM)
    * Monitors each client assortment (Model Stocks) and insures timely replenishment. ;
    * Controls discount level and grey market activities. ;
    * Coordinates and follows up on all customer service issues. ;
    * Evaluates the existing network and proposes improvements in distribution. ;
    * Negotiates brand's visibility improvements: implement IWC's ``SIS & Boutique only'' policy. ;
    * Responsible for annual, quarterly and monthly sales forecast. ;
    * Follows up on payments and credit limits compliance. ;
    * Ensures excellent visual merchandising in all POS. ;
    * Identifies and reports any event and partnership opportunities. ;
    * Organize and perform training sessions in order to enhance knowledge of sales team on the brand
    and the products.
    * Establishes contact with Local Key Media, entertains relationship with local VIP, Collectors.

    Based in Paris - Led 5 sales members from marketing to sales to technicians.

    Responsible for all the marketing and the communications activities (budget 5 M EUR ).
    Tactical:
    * Creation of the Marketing & Communication department and formalization of all internal
    and external systems and procedures.
    * Defined and launched annual 360 marketing strategies in order to build brand awareness,
    enhance the network experience and boost the traffic and sales.
    * Managed and set all dealer development programmes, sales targets, forecasts, budgets and
    schedules.
    * Conduct market analytics to target best audiences and media choices.
    Operational:

    * Animate a network of 70 (up to 120) dealers through efficient actions as: open days,
    roadshows, race test rides, CRM Loyalty activation programme like the Triumph Owners
    Club (200 events pa).
    * I created the International Triumph Stand - Attended trade shows and International
    exhibitions in and out of the country like, Paris, Brussels, Zurich...
    * Successfully planed press and communication actions through, press launches, media plans,
    web, direct mail and Social Medias.

    Key achievements:

    * Award of the ``Best Brand/Network in 2006'' from the `Officiel de la Moto'. ;
    * Ranking: #1 in 2006 vs #10 in 2000. Best growth +15% pa.
