    2009 - maintenant As Development Manager at Africa Business Centers :

    My tasks are : developping sales over the whole Network,partners identification and partners channel setting up, identifying new products to commercialize throw ou Business Centers Network and insure high revenu following quality services delivery and client relation strenghenning and fidelization.

    As Executive Director at Tripoli Business Center : my duties cover the whole activity establishing and following:
    Branch implementation, legal establishment, Partners indentification, setting up of Marketing and Sales policy, Business fulfilment : Staff recruitment and training,finance, accounting,cost control etc..
  • Tunis Business Center - Site Manager

    2007 - 2008 Tunis Business Center is a Tunisian company specialized on a range of services of accommodation and help with establishment for new investors in Tunisia by creating branches or joint ventures etc..
    The main activity is providing serviced office space for the new foreign investors in Tunisia with workplace conventional standards whom multinationals companies are accustomed to, in their country of origin.
    Also to ensure the role of an advisor for our clients: for the partner choice, finding industrials areas, selection of location of production unit,negociate best pricing with landlords, choice of office buildings, staff recruitment etc...

    My mission was to redress the financial situation in order to bridge the deficit accumulated during the previous years.
    To establish a new commercial and marketing policy (search for local and international partners, making contacts with different European real estate brokers, real estate management firms and valuation firms in the World: CB Richard Ellis, Jones Lang LaSalle, Cushman & Wakefield .....) to boost sales and achieve higher income.
    Also I manage to work with different auditors of the department of management control by introducing new procedures of cost-control then develop the possibilities of exporting our business concept to neighboring countries and those of sub Saharan Africa (Libya, Algeria, Morocco, Senegal, Ivory-coast, DRC, Angola etc ....),
    Identifying partner's, assessment of real estate local offer, choice of the building, company establishment, staff recruitment and training, material and equipment choice, transport track and starting up business.

    Now after two years working we established a Holding :Africa Business Centers Holding that count three other implementations besides the Tunisian center:

    Tunis Business Center in Tunisia (01/06/2003)
    Tripoli Business Center in Libya (01/01/2009)
    Dakar Business Center in Republic of Senegal (01/08/2008)
    Amirauté Business Center in Algeria (starting July 2010).

    2005 - 2007 Company: DELTACONSULTING (Italian Company).
    Position: Financial Consultant. Department of Commercial & Financial Project Management.

    Specialised in: Consulting, administrative, Financial and commercial Management, and logistical following/optimisation of Implementation of Italian companies in Tunisia.
    - Joint-ventures (DELTA cuisines/BERLONI cucine, Group LOUKIL/PIERALISI….)
    - Consulting in Creation and Management of Events like meetings, workshop training, trade expositions, promotional events and different other shows (concerts, fashion défilé...).

    Main tasks
    As Financial consultant I was demanded to provide and to produce Market researches and business & feasibility studies. I was also in charge of monitoring, planning and analysing all project's financial key figures to ensure profitability. Also I was in continuous interaction with Project Directors and Project Managers in order to analyse actual costs incurred for total project and to identify potential budget deviations.
    Prepare monthly budget reporting talks with all Project Managers. Address all budget deviations to Project Directors and Supervision of all in course realisation Project Managers. Participate in monthly budget talks. Provide and initiate measures to ensure budget achievement.
    Transfer and configure of all Data Bases required in joint ventures cases or in brevet buy cases from the Italian industry to the Tunisian industry
    Co-ordination with the Headquarter:
    Co-ordinate and liaise with offshore Business Administration and Logistics (export billings). Inform about financial situation, results of budget talks and ensure aligned monthly reporting. Lead and co-ordinate payment process (received payments, transfers to Offshore, hedging).

    Special tasks:
    Planning financial key Figures:
    Planning total set of financial key figures on short and long term basis (Profit and Loss, Assets, EVA, headcount).
    The task applies for the total project volume (ON & OFFSHORE).
    Reporting:
    Filling financial reports (monthly reports, project status meetings, special requirements).

  • ICM- International Customer services - Human Resources Coordinator

    2003 - 2005 Company: ICM, International Customer Management.
    Position: Responsible of Human Resources.

    ICM, International Customer Management (French Company) specialised in sales by telephone (call centre in witch more than 200 employees for more than 100 production position).

    Main tasks
    As a Human Resources Responsible I was in charge of Recruitment, training, salary management and planning production.
    Learn for the new trainer, the trade discourses, objectives that will be done and training on the software used a CRM that Emmett calls.
    Configure all the new positions for them to ensure their number of worked hours.
    A daily extract and plan of all the zones that will be called from France TELECOM DATABASE.
    A weekly planning production by the way of a specialised software were I attribute an optimum number of hour work to every employee by taking care of his disposition to work half time job or full time job and his competency to buy our product.
    A monthly salary report that mention all the hours worked, all the late registered, the dismissing, and a detailed Pay Note for every one.
    As responsible of training I have also a quality control assignment, were I was in charge to evaluate employees after the training courses or if it necessary re-training them.
