    2012 - 2015 Currently managing General Medicine portfolio in North & West Africa. Drive the franchise toward territorial expansion to Sub-Saharan Africa markets and portfolio development (completing internal/external LCM).
    I’m also fully involved in many corporate social responsability local initiatives with the aim to improve access to health (such as: Thyromobil (hypothyroidism screening) and Annual Awareness Awards).
    Currently, one Product Manager is reporting solid line to me (located in Tunisia) but the team will grow steeply in parallel with the expansion of business in Sub-Saharan Africa.

    Business Development (acting): strongly associated to General Medecine portfolio. I am currently working on the assessment of Merck and 3rd parties portfolios and their implementation in Sub-Saharan Africa. I have led or been involved in many negotiations with 3rd parties for promotion and distribution agreements in NWA. I’m also working closely with our stakeholders in Sub-Saharan Africa, exploring and identifying new business opportunities.

    I’m Compliance Champion for Merck Serono NWA. My mission is to support local business fulfilling policies and procedures requirements.
