En résumé

Engineer in Information systems and technologies, an IT specialization during which I performed a passionate interest. That gave me the will to enhance my functional competencies and extend my knowledge on IS by a second degree “Management of Information Systems” at the Management Sorbonne School EMS.

My experiences during the last years were principally oriented to discover and perform my operational skills about the IS by getting in the heart of the IS divisions with various missions that cover its production line, starting from needs analysis and conception to the stage of production and deployment.

  • Bouygues Telecom - Infrastructure Incident Manager

    Meudon 2017 - maintenant Within the IS work division of Bouygues Telecom, I'm in charge of providing a global support model that engages with all transversal support functions to manage major incidents and ensuring speedy resolution of service.

    My primary responsibilities are:
    - An initial analysis of the incident and its operation/functional impact.
    - An Initial evaluation of the Incident severity with the service owner.
    - The qualification of the incident according to the business impact.
    - Ensure the allocation of the correct resources with the service delivery.
    - Co-ordination of the incident process during its lifecycle between all lines of service.
    - Ensure the internal and external communication by a regular update provided to all parties.
    - Identify and drive improvements throughout the service management.
    - Confirm an acceptable quality level for the remedial actions and process improvements.
    - Analyze the root-cause transversely to prevent recurrence.
    - Produce monthly performance reports to ensure the governance and the alignment of the strategic and operational base.

  • HSBC - Test Manager

    Paris 2015 - 2016 Within the Core Banking division of HSBC France, I was mainly involved in the testing stage of regulatory projects as a Test Manger.

    My primary responsibilities were :

    -Defining the test strategy for each sprint.
    -Planning, managing and tracking the testing tasks.
    -Describing and managing the testing lifecycle.
    -Identification, acquisition and assignment of resources needed for the testing activity.
    -Coordinating the internal and external communication between the project's stakeholders.
    -Decision support by delivering monthly reports about the functional and operational flow of the testing activity.
  • AD Display - IT engineer - Final graduation Project: GIS Geographic information system.

    2014 - 2015 Final graduation Project: GIS Geographic information system.

    A final year project which aimed to setting up an application system with a new technological method to support customer request management using a Geographic information system. It aimed also to give a new strategical dimension for the geographical location of billboards (the primary product of AD DISPLAY).
    A nine-month end-to-end project with the objective to deliver an operational solution (identifying the problem, needs analysis, design and development of the final solution, test and deployment).
