    * Develop the marketing and brand strategy as well as sales strategy and operations for the actual three sites in the UK and translate this into tangible action plan
    * In charge of any HR issues and forward planning of training /development alongside with the HR Director. Manpower planning and support structures development to ensure added value is brought to an expending and continuously changing environment

    2002 - 2004 Overview: This show is situated in the Disney Village between the parks and the resort .The capacity is 1200 customers with two sittings per night. Cash flow business with an annual turnover of GBP 12 Millions and over 280 team members
    * Direct reporting to the Disney Village Vice President ;
    * President of the ``Comite d'Entreprise''. Working with the regulatory bodies and unions
    * Accountable for any aspect of the business including finance, operation, food and beverage, show quality services and marketing
    * Creating and implementing new marketing and sales strategies
    * Direct reporting to the Disney Village Vice President ;
    * Full planning and delivering of major European Sport event such as Jet Ski world championship and Paintball world championship
    * Full planning and delivering of music festival such as the Latina Music festival (one week event featuring major band and dealing with up to 20,000 daily attendees with an overall budget of over 1Million Euros
    * Managing long term relationship with key partners such as Sodexo, Mc Donald and Gaumont
