- Reduced the cycle time of the global system update by consolidating 4 processes in one and creating a standard process.
- Outsourced the production to the back office in India.
Designed and implemented processes to control and optimize commodity usage (the shows potential savings of 560 k€/year in France by optimizing the mobile phone usage)
