I registered Corban Performance Consulting in January 2012 as a sole proprietorship business. At time goes by, we have realized that we have been doing great stuffs as clients have been coming in to work with us. We continually develop our business to take it to the next level. We are markedly open to new ideas. We like to take up challenges and work with people valuing agility and professionalism.

ADMINISTRATION:
-Supervised the Corporate HR (CHR) Team comprised of 2 direct and 3 indirect reports, in charge of staffing, contract, salary payment, insurance, welfare, and employee termination. The Corporate HR (CHR) Team managed an annual budget of about $ 800K, a workforce of more than 3,500 people for Lecofruit, JB (2 major Madagascar-based food production companies) and OIM-Tannerie D’Anjeva (Madagascar-based tanning and hides-exporting company).
TRAINING, DEVELOPMENT AND HUMAN PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT(HPI):
-Developed and validated a menu of over 50 competencies and 60 activities pertaining to Maintenance, Production, and other clerical and managerial jobs
-The IDP resulted in improved competencies in performance review, coaching within a 6-month-pilot test, of 10 newly promoted level II Production and Maintenance Managers, overseeing over 1,000 temporary and 500 permanent employees at JB Plant.
-The Team-building sessions tallied about 100 hours of activities, which ran for 9 months and resulted in increased team morale and effectiveness.
-The Action Learning accomplished a visible progress in terms of cleanliness and arrangements of the gum section at the “Confectionery and Snack” platform in a 2-month 6 sessions of Action Learning. The case was brought by a level II Production Manager who had struggled for 4 years to enforce instructions to his direct reports.
RECRUITMENT:
-Achieved over 30 executive, first-line Managers and clerical recruitments
-The corporate recruitment initiative boasted about 1,500 online applications and over 700 email applicants after 8 months of operations.
OTHER HR PROJECTS:
-Led the design and publication of 90 copies of corporate value fieldbook named, “A Practical Guide to 10 Behaviors of Excellence”, delving about corporate standard behaviors and the ways to develop these competencies. The book was disseminated to over 90 executives, first-line managers and Directors (completed)
