    * Management of NPD projects for global brandowners such as Nestle, Coca Cola and Refresco.

    * Responsible for Quality, Lead-times and Budget Plan Commitment. Follow up of the whole budget (tooling, gross margin, equipment, material).
    * Ensure the communication in extern with the customer and intern through the project team. Consulting and benchmarking study - Customer Management.
    * Quality internal auditor, Norma ISO TS 16949.
    * Set up of products and process FMEA.
    * Set up of technical and commercial offer to the customer.

    * Follow up the full development cycle till the serial production of structural parts.

    * Pilot for process transfer to SPAIN and establishment of Key Process Indicator (built a specific plant at Vigo - duration: 1 year).

    * Organization, realization and validation of new material. Determination of injection process parameters and materials characteristics (useful for R&D department and manufacturing workshop as well).
    * Set up of best practise for design and instructions for process parameters.
