After many years working for UNOPS in the Western province of Haiti, I feel myself full of experience to play a part to the duties and responsibilities of this post. I served as National Electoral Security Assistant, and as Local Program Manager of electoral affairs and general administration in many assignment posts inside Haiti and I handled so many responsibilities. I provided logistical support to electoral candidates to facilitate their campaign and other needs, to the Electoral Security guards. I managed petty cash and prepared regular financial expenditure reports. I managed the warehouse for the office and electoral materials in the region. Conducted regular computer software updates.
From May 2008 to now, I join the United Nations Mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo (MONUC) as an Administrative/Logistics Officer at the Electoral Division. I assist the competent electoral authorities in the setting up and the management of the offices of the CEI in Western Kasaï. I participate in the development of the distribution plan, deploying electoral materials to all territories of the Western Kasaï province. I work with and apply decisions made by Electoral Division & Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) joint Logistics teams in the implementation of the electoral logistics plan in the province and to inform the Coordinator of the provincial office of any implementation problems. I collaborate in the preparation of the Sitreps. I translate documents English/French -French/English. I execute all other tasks required by the Electoral Division and the Provincial Electoral Coordinator.
Fluent in both English and French in addition of a solid knowledge on computer practice.
