J’assure la direction générale, opérationnelle et financière d’une société de règlement de sinistres. La société emploie une dizaine de personnes, principalement des juristes. Je suis en charge de l’aspect des RH (suivie des paies / volet social). J’entretiens les relations administratives et commerciales avec les grands comptes en France et participe activement au niveau de la politique commerciale et stratégique du Groupe sur le plan international.

    2008 - maintenant General Manager 2008 - present.

    I am in charge of the general, operational and financial management of a claims handling company. The company employs about ten persons, majorly jurists. I am in charge of all aspects of the Human Resources, the administrative and commercial relations with our large accounts in France and I participate actively on the strategy to be taken towards our clients on an European level.

  • VAN AMEYDE FRANCE - DEPARTMENT MANAGER Automobile and General Liability

    2004 - 2008 I ensure the operational direction of the Claims Department in charge of all “material” Claims-handling (Automobile- and General Liability / Recovery).
    I manage a staff of 20 persons divided in three branches (International business, local business and a platform ECS (Euro Claims Service).
    I am in charge of the administrative and commercial relations with our large accounts ( Allianz NL, Fortis NL/B, VÖV D). I handle claim files with a financial impact of more than 150 K€. As a member of the general direction, I participate on the strategy to be taken towards our clients.

  • VAN AMEYDE & PARSONS - DEPARTMENT MANAGER Automobile and General Liability for Northern Europe

    2000 - 2004 I ensure the operational direction of the North European department and manage a staff of 10 persons.
    I am in charge of the administrative and commercial relations with our large accounts ( Allianz NL, Fortis NL/B).
    I handle claim files with a financial impact of more than 150 K€. As a member of the general direction, I participate on the strategy to be taken towards our clients.
    During one year I ensured the direction of the « English » department.
    I am Manager France of our Legal Protection Branch « Europrotector ».

    1995 - 1996 I participate in the development and installation of a new claims handling software in being the interface between the users and the data processing specialists. This application has become the standard of the Group in Europe.
