Engineer in Mechanics, I spent 16 years in the oil & gas industry working for a rotating equipment vendor (turbo compressor, reciprocating compressors, steam turbines) before joining one of it's clients.
During these 16 years I held positions with growing management responsibilities and covered the complete range of products listed above: I evolved from application engineer for turbo-compressors, to project manager, manager of a European reciprocating compressors profit center, manager of steam turbines engineered solutions Europe.
I joined SNC-Lavalin in Brussels in August 2011 as head of mechanical engineers to enlarge my technical knowledge and widen my view of the industry from Vendor to engineering. I brought to this position my strong management experience, my technical flexibility and my dynamism. In 2015, I moved to Yara as a specialist rotating equipment and I am since mid 2017 project manager. In addition to the French I am fluent in English and Spanish.

    2003 - 2007 compressor focus factory (profit center) - Le Havre factory
    Manager of a product line profit center. Multidisciplinary team management for new and revamp reciprocating compressors contract in EMEA area (Europe, Middle East,
    Africa).
    * Annual turnover of 10M $ ;
    * Manager of a 16 people team including project managers, schedulers,
    expeditor (located in Italy), product engineers, draftsmen, E & I engineers.
    * Coordination and follow-up of bare shaft compressors production center in China and USA.
    * Member of Le Havre factory direction committee.

  • Dresser-Rand - Project Manager

    1999 - 2003 Single customer entry point on new and revamp contracts, the project manager is liable for cost, quality and lead time of a
    project from the purchase order entry till the end of the warranty period. He manages resources in a matrix organization.
    * Technip / Total Dunkerque (France) : 5 M $ contract. Supply of two electric motor driven reciprocating compressor trains.
    * JCG / Wafa Mellitah (Libya): 60 M $ contract. Responsible for the order and follow-up of 5 Alstom (Sweden) GT10 Gas
    turbines driving Dresser-Rand compressors. Turbines portion of the scope represented a 40 M$ PO.
    * FW / Zakum offshore (Abu Dhabi): 30 M $ contract. Responsible for the order and follow-up of Solar gas turbines driving
    Dresser-Rand compressors. Complete train was to be integrated in a single lift module structure for offshore platform.
    * Total Austral (Argentina): 3 M $ contract. Project manager for the supply of a complete electric motor driven compressor
    train. Test contract with Total, delivered on time and within budget to customer satisfaction.

    1995 - 1999 * In charge of RFQ specifications review for both technical and commercial offers.
    * Responsible for centrifugal compressors pre-order selection.
    * In charge of scope definition and cost collection.
